The bed was so comfortable, and the room felt clean and inviting. I slept better than I have in ages, with cozy bedding and a peaceful room that made it easy to relax. From the moment I arrived, the staff were kind, warm, and ready to help with whatever I needed. Sleep Inn gave me a wonderful stay, and I'd come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When we returned after a day out, the bed was unmade and there were no clean towels, just before we needed to shower and meet family for dinner. We eventually got fresh towels, but the person at the desk acted as though it was our fault. For stays under three nights, housekeeping is only available on request. Nobody told us at check-in, and there was no sign or card in the room explaining the policy. We picked this place over several nearby hotels because of its good reviews and were really disappointed. The beds were comfortable, but the HVAC was extremely loud and impossible to control. The carpet needs replacing, and the lampshades and blackout curtains had holes. Breakfast was very ordinary. We wouldn't stay again or recommend it.

I don't usually spend time writing negative reviews. The world could use more positivity. But I was treated as if I'd done something wrong based on an assumption about an odor, and that isn't acceptable. I'm a traveling health provider who stays in hotels often, where odors are common. Denying service to someone because they don't smell good enough is disturbing. I could understand a response to someone smoking disrespectfully in a room, but that wasn't what happened here. I got an email saying there was a strong marijuana smell in my room and that I could no longer book there. I called to explain there had been no smoking or marijuana in the room. In professional terms, I was told I was lying, and that the odor had been so strong the room needed a deep clean. I'm still confused how a room could smell that strongly if nobody smoked in it. I was lucky I hadn't complained about the foul odor that was there when I first checked in. Under this rule, someone could be penalized for ordinary bodily odors without any bad intent. The hotel's response to my earlier review only confirmed that the situation and my words were still being misconstrued. Even an odor on someone's clothes wouldn't be strong enough to require a deep clean. I mentioned clothes to see how they would respond. I'd woken up in freshly cleaned pajamas, showered, and got ready for work in freshly cleaned scrubs before checking out. There was no marijuana and no smoking at all. The staff's replies and demeanor made it seem like an assumption had been blown out of proportion, and this wasn't because an odor was “too strong.” Thank you for your service, but please be more open-minded and supportive of guests before treating them like they've done something wrong and refusing to let them stay again.

Warning! My son's soccer tournament was canceled because of the bad weather forecast, which calls for a foot of snow this weekend. The hotel refused to refund us and stuck firmly to its no-refund policy. They also wouldn't work with Expedia, which probably brings them a lot of business. That kind of greed will hurt them in the long run.
