Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Midway - Tallahassee West

The TV had a great channel guide and plenty to watch, and the shower had good hot water pressure. The room was decent and clean. The bed wasn’t the best, though the sheets were really soft. The mini fridge was okay but had no freezer. My microwave didn’t work, but the night guy let me use the one in the kitchen.

Ms.Linda and Ms.Traci at the front desk were wonderful. I was in town for a funeral with family visiting from out of town, and their kindness and compassion meant a lot. The hotel is in a perfect spot and very pet friendly. The breakfast is yummy too. Thank you to all the staff, when I’m in Tallahassee this is the only hotel I’ll stay at.

I’d been staying here for work in the area for over a month, and the ladies at the front desk were always very nice. On my latest stay, I booked four nights as usual. Monday night, the people next door sounded like they were having a thug party. The desk lady asked them to quiet down, but they refused, so she called the manager. At 11:30 at night, his solution was to move me. The manager handled it very poorly. The next morning on the phone, he told me it was okay for them to act that way because they’d paid for their room too. His business decisions are poor, and that one night thug party cost his boss 1200 a month in profit.

Tracy was fantastic at check-in, so five stars for the service. The room was clean apart from stains on the top bed sheet. The floor had been cleaned, but it felt like a skating rink, whatever shoes I tried. Still, a pleasant stay for the price.
