I canceled a three-night reservation I made through the Wyndham website, following the site's cancellation steps, but was still charged even though I never stayed. A pending $413.60 appeared in my account on booking day. Today I was charged $561.64, despite the original room price being only $475.52. Altogether, $975.24 has been taken from my account for a reservation I canceled. I contacted the property, but they weren't helpful and said the cancellation didn't show on their end. On the day I was supposed to arrive, they texted asking me to check in. I replied that I had canceled, and they said the pending charges would be returned, but the charges remained. I'm extremely disappointed and urge management to look into this.

The rooms are large and have everything you'd need. With four double beds, it's especially suited to families. Fantastic place to stay.

The location is great, which makes this experience all the more sad. We had tractors and major construction right behind our building, and nobody told us. The buildings let in a terrible amount of noise. For two nights, it went on nearly all night and we barely slept. The fireplace timer was malfunctioning too. They should be upfront about the construction and think carefully before putting a large family on the second floor above guests who want to sleep. After more than 30 years with WorldMark, this was our last stay. Very, very sad.

The setting in the mountains is beautiful, with outdoor activities everywhere you look. Our room was excellent, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.
