The spa was amazing, and we had a great stay with good food and customer service. I took a point off because the shower pressure could've been better, the TV was a little tricky to work out, and there were some issues with our room key. Those were minor, and the front desk fixed the key card. I'd stay again.

We've been coming on and off for 18 years, ever since our honeymoon, and have celebrated anniversaries, milestone birthdays, work promotions, and holidays here. It's been sad watching the Zermatt resort and spa lose its former beauty through poor maintenance, declining customer service, and a loss of what made the property unique. Our stay last October left us extremely disappointed. I emailed the GM and got a reply saying major maintenance work was planned for the winter. This month we gave the place another chance and tried to book a local-only deal advertised on the main website. After I entered all my details, an error message told me to call. On the phone, I was told they no longer honor that special. If rates aren't updated promptly, that amounts to false advertising and feels neither candid nor honest toward clients. As a hospitality professional, I came away with a very bad impression and won't recommend staying there. It's a real shame. People would be better off spending their money at well-maintained places with genuine customer service a little farther away in Park city or canyons resort.

We had two adjoining rooms for a weekend family getaway, which was great, and the rooms themselves were great too. Everyone and everything else was great. The bartender could use some training, though. I asked whether they make a good old fashioned, got no answer, and they went straight to making it. It wasn't good.

We booked room 435 through Airbnb. The listing said all fees were included, but we were charged a resort fee when we arrived. The room was mostly clean, though there was an old cigar butt or something on the floor, and the bathroom vent was filthy. Water pressure was lousy too. If you're bringing small children, be aware that the window opens and the room is on the fourth floor, with a huge drop to the ground. The service was great otherwise, and we'd stay again.
