I stayed here every weekend for several months, and the staff were consistently amazing and helpful. The cleaning crew pays close attention to detail in the rooms. It felt like real hospitality from before COVID is coming back. I especially liked the suite, with its great king bed and extra pillows. It was worth paying a bit more.

There are lots of restaurants and shops about a 10-minute drive away, and I’d definitely stay here again if I’m in the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable to sleep in. Breakfast was included, with hot food as well as bagels and muffins, and coffee, tea and hot chocolate were available all day and kept stocked. The customer service was friendly and welcoming the moment we walked in. I highly recommend it :)

The location is right off the highway, and the room was clean. I needed to switch our booking from a double queen to a single king, but the booking agent wasn’t much help. Melanie went above and beyond to sort it out for us, which made a real difference. It was a great experience.

The price for this level of service is hard to beat. Breakfast was clean and sufficient for everyone, with hot meals, clean tables, and trays kept filled. They kept checking that guests were comfortable in the eating area. Brandi, Melanie and Lura looked after us and did their best to meet our needs. We were greeted with warm cookies and left with cold water and hot coffee. The clean surroundings and great service made the trip enjoyable.

Check-in was very friendly and the breakfast was great. My main concern came after I’d been gone for an hour. They called to say a housekeeper had been poked by a needle in the garbage and asked what it was. I was shocked they’d call me, and it left me with a bad feeling. I said it must have been left by the previous person. Check with your housekeeper first instead of accusing a guest. Also, the room stayed hot no matter how I set the air conditioning or fan.
