Scottish Inns Milford

The front desk woman was kind and accommodating to me and my son. She asked a few questions, then put us in a room that suited us and showed she was considering the other guests as well. It was smaller, but clean, smelled nice, felt comfortable, and had everything we needed. We were very pleased and hope to stop here again.

For two-star prices, this is a great value. The rooms have been upgraded in useful ways: a big, soft bed with large pillows like you’d find in a four- or five-star hotel, modern electronic door locks, a nice bathroom vanity, and a good-sized bar fridge. Everything was spotless.

The office person was very nice, and our room was clean. Hot water came through the shower quickly. The inn is small, quaint, and quiet, apart from the unavoidable highway noise nearby. Our main complaint was the bed. It was so uncomfortable that we woke up with back and neck pain, as if we’d slept on a box spring or concrete floor.

They were kind and gave me great customer service, so I felt settled and comfortable quickly. The place was super clean. I’ll only stay here when I’m traveling through.
