Apple Inn and Suites Cooperstown Area

Paul was doing housekeeping when we were heading out to the park on our first day. He came over to say hello and made sure we knew to contact him if we needed anything. We were there last week while our grandson played baseball at Cooperstown Dreams Park, about ten minutes north of the hotel. The rooms were clean, and the bathroom was quite spacious compared with other places we've paid a lot more for. It also cost much less than the chain hotels and AirBnBs nearby. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

Such a lovely place, everything was perfect! The staff were incredibly sweet. They put up Louis pictures and postcards for his away from home fest, and even made his lemonade recipe, Stream lemonade by louis tomlinson. Love it here!

Paul even surprised me with my favorite coffee brand in the room, something that has never happened at any other place I've stayed. Apple Inn and Suites is a clean, beautiful spot, and the staff are genuinely warm, gracious, and always ready to help. It's a short drive from Cooperstown Dream Park, with lots of restaurants and sights nearby too. Truly delightful, I'd recommend it to anyone.

I went in expecting one of those roadside motels you'd rent by the hour, but I was completely wrong. I spent a week there while my son played baseball and felt safe and comfortable the whole time on my own. Paul is a really nice owner with great customer service. The room was spotless and smelled good. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the kitchenette had a microwave, toaster oven, mini fridge and freezer, small coffee maker with Folgers, sugar, cream, dishes, silverware, and glasses. There were cute cafe tables and chairs with a view of the hills and scenery. The pool was crystal clear, and the internet and cable TV worked well. I didn't use the guest laundry since I overpack, and I can't think of much else I'd need. The only small drawback is the location, about ten minutes south of Cooperstown's shops and activity. But it's only around five minutes from Cooperstown Dream Park, so easy to pop back for a nap between games. There's a small gas station out front, but it was quiet, and I barely noticed its customers. I'd absolutely stay again if I'm back in the area, and recommend Apple Inn to baseball families and other vacationers.
