The staff I dealt with were pleasant and helpful, and the place has the amenities we need whether we’re staying three days or three weeks. We’re here for a month this time, so we have plenty of belongings, like the next guest would. The room above us was noisy on both the first and second nights. Moving us to another room was the only fix offered, but that would have inconvenienced us instead of addressing the source. We shouldn’t have to move because of other guests, especially when we have so much stuff. I understand the upstairs guest may have been staying longer, but if their behavior is disruptive, they should be asked to accommodate. I contacted corporate, and they replied within 48 hours with a proposed compromise. We appreciate the effort, but it doesn’t fully solve the noise or how it was handled.

The front desk service was great, and they even suggested dinner spots with our baby in mind. We were right off the highway, with lots of places to eat and pick up anything we’d forgotten. My husband picked a perfect stop for our road trip with our five-month-old. The room was clean and new, with high-quality amenities, a spacious kitchen, and plenty of space for the baby to play after a full day in the car. We’ll be back.

Ben, Casey, and Karen were great. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Great place to stay, five stars. I’ll stay again and recommend it.

Breakfast was delicious, and the staff checked whenever I passed the front desk to see if we needed anything. They were accommodating from the time I made the reservation through our early arrival that day. I can’t thank the hotel and its staff enough for making the stay so enjoyable.

Karen, I think she was in charge of breakfast, was especially helpful and told me about different things to do around the area. We were here for one night for a ladies retreat, and loved the rooms. Everything was very clean, and the staff were awesome. I’ll be back!
