Katea at the front desk was so friendly and made us feel welcome. The hotel is affordable for families, with a good breakfast, parking on site, and great restaurants nearby. It's also an easy walk to public transportation, including BART, and to In-n-Out Burger. We'd stay again.

The newly renovated king suite was a pleasant surprise, especially the big bathroom and very comfortable bed. I booked for one night and was happy with the stay. There was work going on in the lobby, but I never heard construction noise. Restaurants are within walking distance, and the metro station is maybe a five-minute walk away. It took about 10 minutes to reach SFO by Uber the next morning. There was no shuttle, which wasn't an issue for me.

The staff made a long trip a little easier for three exhausted Aussies. We had booked a day stay for October 22nd after a flight change left us with an unexpected 15-hour layover in San Fransisco. The front desk woman understood our situation and arranged an earlier check-in since we hadn't slept since leaving Australia. Everyone was lovely. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was a water fountain at the desk. They also kept our luggage after checkout.

Debbie at the front desk is the reason I'm writing this review. She was warm, professional, and clearly cared about making everything right from check-in through checkout. The rooms are roomy, recently renovated, and comfortable, and the hotel is convenient for the airport and BART trains. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely return thanks to Debbie and the great experience.

Razz at the Fairfield Inn San Francisco Airport Millbrae made my stay smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. She knows the hotel policies and follows them professionally, while still finding ways to accommodate me as much as she could. She's a real asset to Fairfield Inn and the Marriott brand. Thanks to management for choosing and supporting her. Service like hers makes a difference, and I highly recommend this location.
