The road noise makes it clear there isn't much sound barrier, and the hotel feels cheaply put together. Staff were okay, but the rooms weren't cleaned to Marriott standards. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, just the basics.

I was unsure about booking here for a volleyball tournament at 17 springs because of the reviews, but our one-night stay went smoothly. The room was quiet and beautiful, and everything was very clean. They initially tried to give me one queen bed, though I needed two, and later gave me the double queens as check-in time got closer. There was an outdoor fire pit, snacks available at the front desk, and free breakfast. No problems during our stay. Thanks again!

The rooms have new appliances and are great, and it's pet friendly. The front desk staff were always helpful, but they seem clearly understaffed. Most of the time, I didn't get a response when I tried to schedule a room cleaning, and when it did happen, the cleaning was poorly done. There's a big parking lot.

You can hear everything and everyone in this hotel. It seems hastily built and poorly constructed. Some front desk staff are rude at check-in, and sometimes rooms aren't ready when check-in starts. They don't offer early check-in regardless of Marriott status, even when a room is ready. My room had been ready since 11 or 12, but I was made to wait until 4 p.m. The breakfast is bare-bones and cheap, which is disappointing given how expensive the stay is. Rooms, especially with kitchens, need more careful cleaning. They should show guests some appreciation by letting them check in early when their room is ready.
