The room was reasonably clean, the bed comfortable, and the AC worked. But there was no hot water, no coffee or tea maker in the room, no coffee anywhere else, and no breakfast. The TV wouldn't turn on either.

They never cleaned our room during the four days we stayed, and didn't replace our towels with clean ones. Staff yelled that I was racist and cursed at us on several occasions. Our TV didn't work on the last night, even though it's included. Very rude, racist staff. Don't stay here if you want a clean room, cleaning service, a working TV, or decent treatment.

We pulled back the bedding and found a cockroach, so we checked out immediately. Absolutely horrible. Don't cut corners to save a few bucks. Run!

I can't comment on the hotel because I didn't visit. It was too far away for me to drive. I don't know about breakfast, concierge, bathroom, carpet, TV, towels, furniture, location, linens, noise, or an incident fee.
