We arrived around 3:00 AM after driving more than seven hours, only to be told there was no room for us. We had a confirmed reservation made over a month earlier, and they offered no solution, leaving us stranded in the middle of the night. The staff showed little concern and just told us to contact Airbnb for a refund. That’s not how a professional business should handle a paid, confirmed booking. A hotel that can’t manage its reservations properly shouldn’t accept them. The lack of organization, accountability, and customer service was shocking. The property itself wasn’t impressive either, and the lobby smelled unpleasant. This was the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the stress and frustration and book somewhere else. No one should have to go through this after planning a trip and paying in advance.

We’ve booked this hotel a few times because it’s comfortable and the service has been good. Leilani greeted us with a big smile and was welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. The front desk was friendly whenever we needed anything. My boyfriend and I stay at different hotels around Fremont and Milpitas when I visit. The location works well, though at peak meal times you may need to drive around the line of cars for In ‘N’ Out. Breakfast varies: some days it’s hot food, other days pastries, fruit, and flavored yogurt. The morning juice bar is so good. We heard the laundry is free, but haven’t tried it yet and probably will next time. The new $15 daily parking fee is something we factor into the budget. We’ll likely stay again if it fits. The listing says there’s a 24/7 front desk and that guest information and keys will be ready on arrival, but none of that helped when we got there. We booked a month ahead, paid in full, and drove more than seven hours. Arriving early in the morning, we expected to check into our confirmed room, only to be told there wasn’t one available. A property that can’t honor reservations shouldn’t be accepting them.

I’ve been charged another deposit each time a third party extended my trip and made a new reservation. They also charge $15 a day just to park in the lot. Someone got into my room, took the TV, and replaced it with a broken one. Then they charged me $500 for their mistake. I have the receipt, and the police came but didn’t take me to jail, so I don’t have to worry about them now. I’m going to file a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs and report this to the Better Business Bureau. I want all my money back for every recent stay. If this hotel is doing this to you, don’t stay there. I’ve spent a long time learning how to handle complaints the right way after doing it wrong so many times. They should have known not to take me on as a candidate.
