Radisson Hotel Milwaukee Airport

Breakfast was barely anything and wasn't good, and when I asked for a refund, they said they couldn't because I'd booked through Expedia. I've had an Expedia hotel refund before, so I know that isn't true. They offered me a complimentary stay instead, as if I'd ever want to come back. Our first room was awful: the bed sank nearly to the floor when my husband sat down, and the pullout was torn, stained, trashed, and gross. There weren't clean sheets. We were moved to a slightly better room, but it still had no clean sheets, a sticky floor, a terrible smell, no soap, and a horrible bed. I'll attach pictures.

I was there January 30th, and I'll never go back. There was nowhere to park, the lobby was filthy, and the elevator was broken, so we had to carry all our things upstairs. The room was just as nasty: hair all through the tub, poop stuck to the toilet, dirty mirrors, and a broken TV. The pool was filthy too. The only working ice machines were on the first floor, and our room was on the third with no working elevator. Worst hotel I've stayed at or even visited. Keep your money and don't go there!

The manager was very nice, and I felt bad that he had to work in such a terrible place. Still, we had no choice but to leave. The hallways and room smelled awful, the room was noticeably dirty, the sheets were dirty, the toilet seat had burn marks, and the TVs didn't work. My friend had to ask for one that did. There were around 30 kids left unsupervised at the pool for hours, screaming and jumping on me and my kids until we had to leave without swimming. People were sitting in the hallways, running around and yelling. People were smoking weed outside the hotel too. Please don't waste your money here.

We left on Sunday and moved to a different hotel instead of staying as planned. The staff seemed very uncaring. Saturday night there were lots of kids in the pool, with birthday balloons and decorations on a door across from us and farther down. Around 9:30 or 10, I called downstairs about the noise and music. Nothing changed. An hour later I went down, and the woman at the desk said she couldn't do anything. Music and kids running in the halls continued until 2 a.m. I had to work an event the next day, so I barely slept. Friday night, the marijuana smell was so strong I had trouble sleeping too. Friday morning I'd asked them to clean the sticky floor while we were out. The spots were less bad when we returned, but our socks still stuck when we took them off. The first night was fair apart from that. I wasn't recognized as a Choice Privileges Diamond member. We came here after the other place didn't have the trailer parking they'd promised in two earlier calls. I'd avoid this hotel and pay a little more for somewhere that enforces quiet hours and no smoking.
