You can hear people walking in the hall and upstairs because the bare floors are thin. The bedspreads are rough and so flimsy I didn't want them against my skin, and there were crumbs in the beds. I even found trash under the bed. One bed frame was busted and dipped to one side. It's set up for longer stays, with a stove, sink, fridge, and microwave, but there aren't any dishes, pans, utensils, or other things to cook or warm food with. The lobby coffee machine was broken too. It's very cheap, and that's about the only good thing I can say.

Valerie, the GM, is the reason I chose this hotel. I called several places while looking for an extended stay, and most were rude and barely tried to help me find a first-floor room. Valerie was so kind on the phone, took the time to rearrange things, and found one for me. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and sweet except Ashley, the Assistant Manager. Both times I spoke with her, she was snappy and unhelpful. I took a star off because of her poor customer service. The hotel itself is beautiful, well kept, and in a great spot up on a hill. I really enjoy staying here. Bravo, Valerie!

The kitchenette doesn't do much for you now unless you spend a couple hundred bucks on dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and knives. The new management removed all of those from the rooms, which is a big letdown for a long-stay hotel. I stayed here for four months last year and had a great experience, mostly because of the amenities and management. I was disappointed to hear it was under new management. I liked the hotel before, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Ashley and Valerie are the real deal. I love the staff and managers here. They make me feel comfortable and safe, and they're always able to work something out with guests. Love y'all for that ♥️💖

We spent 25 minutes trying to get into our room because the key wasn't working. When we first arrived, we were told the key system was down and staff had to let us in. We asked twice for help, and they didn't come until the second time. I also left an item behind, but the hotel threw it away and told me they didn't have room for a lost and found. Horrible staff.
