The historic Huffman Manor Inn feels like stepping back into a beautiful home from the past. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating, the bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. We had a lovely time in Minden, Louisiana, and plan to return. 🩷

We’ve stayed with this family twice, and it feels like coming back to old friends. They’re lovely hosts, and we love their breakfasts. The 1910 home has been lovingly restored, and its history is part of what makes this place such a treasure. There’s room to spread out here, from the bedrooms to the beds and bathrooms. We felt comfortable parking at the back of the property overnight, and the neighborhood, with its beautiful old houses, felt very safe. It’s a real gem, and we’ll be back.

Friends surprised my wife and me with an overnight at Huffman Manor, and Jim and Kim were fantastic hosts. The house is peaceful and relaxing, in a quiet neighborhood. Its rooms are lovely and full of history, and the beds were comfortable. They’ve done a great job preserving the house’s history while changing it from the previous owner’s restaurant-style home back into a bed and breakfast. Whether you’re passing through on vacation or just want a night or two away, it’s a great place to stop. We’ll definitely return for a weekend change of scenery. Thanks, Jim and Kim!

The rooms were spotless, breakfast was delicious, and the hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating. Huffman Manor is the most beautiful B&B I’ve ever stayed in, with a wonderful history. Highly recommend it.

We were welcomed warmly by courteous owners who seemed to have thought of all the details. The place was clean and cozy, the neighborhood very quiet, and the beds comfortable. The bathrooms were fully stocked, and breakfast was a real treat. I’d strongly recommend staying here if you’re traveling through this part of Louisiana.
