The owner said I couldn't stay there again because they could never meet my standards. I'd stayed before and had forgotten I'd complained about the room then too. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me. This time the rooms smelled and were dirty: there were fake eyelashes left by a previous guest in the bathroom, hair in the sink and on the toilet seat, smeared mirrors, a broken TV, and a dirty elevator. It makes you wonder whether the sheets were changed or the floor vacuumed. I gave service three points only because the front desk guy was nice, though he was just an employee. It's hard to miss eyelashes and hair if the bathroom has been cleaned.

We were glad we could bring our dog. The room was clean and nicely decorated, and we didn't hear other guests overnight. There weren't any bad smells in the hotel either, unlike places we've stayed where food or marijuana odors were strong.

We stayed in room 104 with our two cats. The bed and sheets looked clean, but the cats could easily get underneath the bed and came out with white powder all over their fur. We stuffed sheets into the openings to block them, without much success, and had to bathe them several times during the stay. We think the powder might have been some kind of bedbug pesticide. They're now sneezing often and acting lethargic, so we're taking them to the vet tomorrow.

The desk team and breakfast service both impressed us. Everyone was friendly and professional, and we had a really enjoyable stay.

We arrived before 8 pm, but every space out front was taken, so we had to park around back. Getting to the lobby meant walking around the outside of the building, which felt a little awkward. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean, though. We'd definitely stay again.
