The staff made our weekend. They were friendly, fun, helpful, and just good people. My wife and I stayed in beautiful, clean Room #7 at The Commerce Street Brewery Hotel, where we loved the exposed limestone walls. We also ate there, and the brisket sliders are well worth trying. Since it's a brewery, we had a flight of the in-house beers. Blonde Betty was exceptional. Great spot for a relaxing stay with small-town charm. Five stars!

Two years later, we still remember how kind the owner was and how good the food and beer were. The rooms were spotless, lovely, and cozy, and the staff made us feel right at home. The owners' adorable pup was a sweet bonus. We're heading back to the area this spring and can't wait to stay again.

The brewery and bar were a great place to unwind after we'd explored the area, with good beer, friendly staff, and a laid-back feel. Our weekend at Commerce Street Brewery Hotel was easy and welcoming from start to finish. The clean, charming rooms bring together historic character and modern comfort. We'd happily come back for another cozy, fun getaway.

We stopped in on a Saturday in December, and the pub was busy with people coming and going. The beer is made right there, and the atmosphere was friendly. I got a refill of my own growler and howler (32 oz), and they also sell crowlers to go. The lager was excellent, and the brown ale was very mellow. They had amber, IPA, and porter too, though I didn't try those. I'll be back as soon as I can.

We chose this place for our daughter's graduation in Platteville as an alternative to the chain hotels, and we absolutely loved it. Room 7 was amazing, especially the fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The sound machine was a nice touch since we usually use a fan app in hotel rooms. The owner was super friendly, and we enjoyed craft beers in the bar. We'll be back and plan to check out the nearby trail and area.
