The evening front desk gentleman was polite and fixed our TV problem right away. The daytime front desk lady, though, was rude and unprofessional. When I didn't respond to her request that I review her, her attitude changed completely. She didn't help with the TV, and later refused me a toilet roll even though I saw her give them to other customers. One person's behavior made the stay unpleasant.

After being told I could check out Monday morning, they knocked on my door Sunday morning and said I had to leave without giving a reason. In the two weeks I stayed, I saw the housekeeper only once. There were roaches crawling everywhere, and the hot water still hadn't been fixed. It took 30 minutes of running the water before it warmed up. Absolutely bad motel, I wouldn't recommend it.

F•D - AVI was at the front desk when I arrived and was respectful and helpful. The room was very clean, and all the electronics worked well.

I stayed here for work and had a good visit. AK at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

Terrible motel. Service was almost nonexistent: I saw room service only once during my two weeks, and they tried to make me leave a day early without giving a reason. The water took 30 minutes to get hot, and there was an infestation of bedbugs and roaches.
