Dock Street Flats

There's a bike path right outside that goes to the river while avoiding the roads, and a grocery store is just a couple of blocks away. I moved to Minneapolis two years ago and into my current apartment at Doc Street Flats in the North Loop. The apartment had a beautiful view, was pristine when I moved in, and has been a great place to live. The neighborhood has a wonderful nightlife, with all kinds of bars and restaurants. Danielle has been incredibly helpful and a privilege to work with since she started here. If you're looking for a place, I strongly recommend checking it out.

The units are spacious and the location in the heart of North Loop is the best, hands down, so you get what you pay for, even if the final bill is a little pricey. The staff are personable and responsible. There have been a couple of owners since I moved in, but the property is probably in the best shape it's been in since I started living in the area.

I've been here three months and absolutely love it. The living space and amenities are great, the views are amazing, and it's close to everything. I can walk right to Whole Foods. I couldn't ask for a better place to live in the N Loop. I feel valued and plan to stay. The staff are amazing, and I love Dock, the neighborhood dog. I'm so happy I chose Dock Street Flats!

The North Loop location made daily life easy, with restaurants, coffee shops, and the riverfront all nearby. Inside, the apartments felt bright and roomy, with large rooms and high-quality finishes. The amenities were consistently clean and cared for, too. What stood out most was the leasing team. Danielle, Alexa, and Hannah were warm, attentive, and quick to respond, and they made me feel at home from the start. Everything about leasing and living here ran smoothly. I have no complaints and would gladly recommend Dock Street Flats to anyone looking for a well-managed, high-end community.
