The condo itself was very well kept, and we liked where it was. But the setup didn't work out the way we'd expected, so we'll look elsewhere next year because my mom struggled with all the stairs. #9 is the upper-left unit in a four-unit building, with stairs up to the condo, more inside to the loft, and more down to the water.
