Stephanie was especially kind and patient when there was a misunderstanding with my reservation. She made sure I had what I needed, explained everything, and checked that I was happy with my stay. The rooms were clean and the beds really comfortable. I'm so glad I'm a member, and I'd absolutely recommend this place. Five stars.

The staff here deserve six, seven, even ten stars. They notice individual guests and what they need, which really impressed me since I work in hospitality too. Everyone I dealt with was genuinely helpful and good to people. The facility was clean, and breakfast was decent. They set a great example for the industry.

I stayed over the holidays, from 12/22/25 to 1/5/26, and the location was handy for where I was visiting. The hotel itself is nice. Most of the desk staff I met, including Anna, Isabell, Stephanie, George, Hisea, and Maria, were friendly. Mike was the exception. I found him rude and confrontational, and I tried to avoid further arguments with him because I had read that police had been called on guests. On an earlier stay, 12/11/25 to 12/15/25, I asked for the lobby TV remote so I could watch football while waiting for a ride. Mike questioned me at length and said there could be no political news and the volume could not be too loud. The next morning the TV was on a news channel. He also read my previous review, where I'd suggested staff could be friendlier. Later, he tried to explain check-in and checkout rules to me even though, as an elite goal member, I know them. He said early check-ins raise the hotel's electricity bill. When I asked whether I could keep my room for an extended stay, he said he didn't know, even though I'd been told I could. I mentioned I use Uber because I don't have a car, and he commented, “that’s expensive.” That isn't his business, and I didn't appreciate being told how to spend my money. I fell and hit my head on 12/11/25. I hoped Maria might ask housekeeping to get a room ready sooner so I could go upstairs and rest, but I ended up calling 911. There were four housekeeping staff hanging around in the lobby, so I thought it might have been possible to help. My review wasn't meant to attack anyone, just to suggest handling a similar situation differently next time. I joked with Maria on Wednesday, December 31 that the cook must not have felt like making breakfast because the bacon was half cooked instead of crispy. We laughed, and I told her about it. The next time bacon was served, it was crisp and delicious. During this stay my housekeeper, Suzie, had been very nice, then suddenly seemed to have an attitude toward me for a reason I don't know. I waited until I got home to write this because I worried Rina might be petty or vindictive and staff might be rude or call the police on me. I tried twice to speak with Rina, the general manager, and also emailed her, but she never replied. The first time she was on a conference call. The second time Anna went to the office and took a long time, while my ride was waiting, so I had to leave. I understand she's busy, but I was there 13 nights and couldn't get a response to my concern. In my limited customer service experience, when someone asks to speak with a manager, it usually matters to them.

The rooms were spotless, with a really comfortable bed and pillows, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast came with the stay and had a nice range, from omelettes and pastries to cereal, bread, coffee, and juice. Getting here from the Florida Turnpike was easy, and Pembroke Pines Gardens mall, with its shops and restaurants, is close by. I hadn't known what to expect, but I'm glad I stayed and would come back. Definitely recommend.

After a long day of travel, I was exhausted and had just been turned away by another hotel because it was overbooked. Stephanie seemed to pick up on that right away. She went out of her way to help and found me a quiet room. Her empathy made a real difference, and now I have a new place to stay on my frequent trips to South Florida. Thanks, Stephanie!
