The staff were welcoming and attentive, and this was my second stay here. It exceeded my expectations again. My room was exceptionally clean, one of the cleanest I’ve had in a hotel, and everything was laid out in an organized, thoughtful way. I liked the cozy, warm décor and the little desk area, which worked well for office or schoolwork. The mini fridge was handy, and the many towel hooks were a real plus. I’d happily recommend the hotel and stay again.

I spent five nights here on a work trip and was surprised by how much I liked it. Breakfast was delicious and changed every day, with two hot options, fresh pancakes, cereal, yogurt with toppings, juice, milk, and fantastic bagels. The bed and linens were some of the most comfortable I’ve had in a hotel in this class. Parking is free, which is nice at a reasonably priced hotel. There’s a billiards table and cornhole downstairs, plus a very basic outdoor pool, though I didn’t use them. It’s in a quiet, safe area and close enough to Miami, even if I wish it were nearer the city. I’ll probably stay here on my next work trip to Miami.

Craig at the front desk was awesome, so friendly and welcoming. He answered all our questions and suggested places to eat, shop, and have fun while we were in town. The hotel was really nice and super clean, with no complaints from us. We came for a concert and would definitely stay again. Craig deserves five stars!
