The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Everyone I met was friendly and attentive, and they consistently went out of their way to make guests comfortable. The property was clean, quiet, and well maintained, with tidy common areas and a spotless, spacious room equipped with what I needed. I especially appreciated the full kitchen, which made a longer stay much easier. The relaxed atmosphere felt safe, too. The team is what really makes this WoodSpring Suites Miramar stand out. Nishi, Manager, Danielle, Robert, Bryan, Gary, and every other staff member made interactions feel sincere, whether I was asking something at the desk, requesting fresh linens, or getting a warm greeting in the hallway. They clearly take pride in their work and care about guests. I left feeling refreshed and valued. I highly recommend WoodSpring Suites Miramar if you want an affordable, clean, welcoming place to stay and appreciate great customer service.

I’d give zero stars if I could. The place is filthy, and they refuse to provide extra towels and rags. Every time you shower, dirt runs down the disgusting walls onto your feet. They don’t clean rooms daily, and there’s a charge for it. There’s a ROACH infestation, with more roaches than guests in the building. I know it’s sunny South Florida, but that’s no excuse. Staff hide behind a metal gate they raise and lower whenever they choose to work. Save yourself the time and hassle and stay somewhere else.

My husband and I came from Pensacola for vacation, and the staff were lovely and welcoming. The room was fine, and the bedding was really nice. Personally, I found the hotel amusing. If you’re looking for a vacation stay, I think it’s well worth your time and money.

The bed was comfortable, the room got nice and cold, and the price was reasonable, though it wasn’t the cheapest around. I was in town for the weekend to visit my grandmother in the ICU and needed somewhere affordable for the night. But the elevator was out and my room was on the second floor. On its own, that wasn’t a big deal, but with everything else it added up. The hallways smelled like rotting trash, so I bought an air freshener for my room. After a full day at the hospital, I wanted a hot shower to feel clean, but the water barely got lukewarm. The shower had very little flow, and changing the setting didn’t help. It felt like a prison shower, especially with dirty towels that had hairs on them. The hallways were noisy all night: doors closing, kids running and yelling, and music from a room four doors away so loud I could hear every word. Next time, I’ll sleep in my truck.
