Home2 Suites by Hilton Mishawaka South Bend, IN

The side patio was a favorite, with overhead heaters and a shrub wall where local finches showed up in the early morning. The pool area was another nice place to warm up, and I appreciated the bottle refill fountain. The lobby had a cozy corner with a TV, couches, and a small desk where I could work on my laptop. The location is in the city, but there are plenty of green spaces for dogs, including a quieter patch away from cars. Laundry was reasonably priced, around $1 per wash or dry. I stayed a month with my boyfriend, and we enjoyed it. All the staff were nice and did a great job. Katrina, Shakar, Phoebe, Connor, and Bo at the front desk were always happy to help and nice to talk with. Housekeeping kept the rooms in great shape, and Silvia always smiled and waved when we crossed paths. Engineer Paul and the maintenance staff troubleshot things quickly and replaced my microwave easily. The manager is very nice and capable of keeping the hotel running smoothly during busy local college events. She's a fashion icon too. The building was pretty good, and we'd definitely stay at Home2Suites Mishawaka again. Thanks to everyone who made our stay enjoyable.

My visit to Home 2 suites in Mishawaka was peaceful and relaxing, with a very quiet evening. I was in Elkhart to see a relative, and the staff made me feel welcome. Thank you for making the stay so tranquil!

I've regularly stayed at this location, and everything had been great until my visit in August. Someone else's room was charged to my company credit card. I can only assume someone internally used my card fraudulently. I've tried to contact them four times and still haven't heard from a manager.

Both times I've stayed here in the past few months, the microwave in my room didn't work. The beds are uncomfortable too, like metal springs with cloth thrown over them. If you can, stay at the home wood suites, about 10 minutes away. The staff, rooms, beds, and amenities are all better there.
