Las Palmas Inn(Formerly Best Western Las Palmas Inn)

The manager canceled our reservation but still kept the full payment for the whole stay, even though we weren’t allowed to stay for a single day. We had already endured inconveniences we couldn’t control, and the manager wouldn’t work with us at all. This hotel is bad. I hope they get a new manager soon so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

The floors were dirty, and the sheets and pillows looked dingy. It’s a horrible stay at a very old Best Western that I’d call a motel.

If you miss check-in, they charge you for the full stay and cancel everything. How does it make sense to keep my money but not let me use the other four days I paid for? The manager was called and didn’t care at all. They said the only option was to rebook, with no money refunded. Why would I pay them twice? 🤣💀 Don’t stay here, they don’t care about you at all.

We tried this hotel over the weekend because the rate was cheaper, and we regretted it. You really do get what you pay for. The restroom was nasty, the mattresses were old and very hard, and the toilet seat and shower both had yellow stains. The hotel needs an upgrade, and I’m never going back. I don’t recommend it at all. It felt like a rat house. I can’t decide whether the room or breakfast was worse. There was no juice for the kids, the eggs were watery, and to top it off, there was no oatmeal. This gives Best Western a very bad reputation 🤮
