Baymont by Wyndham Missoula

I left without staying because both rooms I was shown had dirty sheets. The first had urine stains; in the second, the sheets were covered in dead skin, so it looked like the linens hadn’t been changed. See below for pee stained sheets!! The manager initially refunded the charge, then reversed that decision. When I called to explain why I couldn’t stay, the manager and Austin at the front desk said, “our housekeepers change our sheets” and wouldn’t honor the refund. When I said I’d dispute the charge with my bank, I was told, “That’s certainly your prerogative.” The rooms are tiny and feel cheaply renovated. There’s no sound dampening, the white LED lighting is harsh, and the bedding felt stiff and over-bleached, which made it hard to relax or sleep. Between the unsanitary rooms, poor quality, and dismissive response, this place doesn’t meet basic expectations. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Rita and I stayed at this fabulous Inn for three months and had a most enjoyable time. The whole team was superb, always smiling and ready to help, whatever the time of day. Hillary, the General Manager, and everyone at the front desk were wonderful. Margo and Janet made a fantastic breakfast and were there whenever we needed help. We don’t know all the housekeepers’ names, but thank you for everything. Our room was always shipshape. We’d highly recommend this Inn. Breakfast was great, and we had a good stay overall. The water could’ve been hotter and taken less time to warm up, and some outlets didn’t work. We’d definitely come back.

I use a wheelchair full time and need an accessible room, especially a usable bathroom. The bath bench wasn’t usable when we arrived, and I really needed to shower the next morning. Inaccessible showers are incredibly common, even in accessible rooms. Margo came to look and immediately started exploring options. Bright and early the next morning, she had two good choices for us, and my shower was divine. She was extremely polite and helpful, a huge asset to the Baymont in Missoula. Thanks again, Margo!
