Everything inside was beautiful and lived up to my high expectations. I travel a lot, and this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. It felt like a home away from home, and John, the front desk manager, was so kind and helped me with everything. I'll definitely be back soon. If that's the feeling you're after, you won't regret staying here.

An empty kitchenette you can't use is pretty pointless.

We checked out at 12:45, even though we'd been approved to stay until 1 p.m. Housekeeping came to the door at 8 a.m., then again at 10:30, 11:30, and 12:30. At the last visit, the housekeeper yelled that we needed to leave. The front desk later confirmed we had late checkout and that housekeeping shouldn't have come to our door. We left mad and still tired. Very disappointing, and we won't be back.

Double-lock your doors. Staff gave another guest our room, and they walked in while we were asleep. Apart from that, it was clean and good value for a quick night's sleep.

The room had a full-size fridge and a two-burner stovetop, plus a very comfortable bed. It was also really clean and very affordable. What a nice surprise!
