I left my boots in the room, which was my own fault, and called the next day. They told me to leave a message for housekeeping. After a couple of days without a call, I spoke to someone at the front desk and was told replies usually take 5-7 business days. I mentioned I’d be nearby soon and hoped to collect the boots, but was advised to leave another housekeeping message. When I came by the following week, the desk said nothing had been found and they’d call if the boots turned up. It looks like someone ended up with a free pair from my stay. This would have been a five-star review if the lost-and-found issue had gone differently.

The trucks and bikes were really loud, with straight pipes, and kept going until midnight. The rooms were nice, service was good, and breakfast was excellent, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you want peace and quiet. It wasn’t a relaxing trip.

I keep coming back, and this is my favorite place to stay in Missoula. It’s downtown, close to dozens of restaurants, with clean rooms, good service, and a good breakfast. The valet parking is great too. Highly recommend it.

The location is the one good thing about this hotel. The rooms are okay, though overpriced for what you get. At 5 AM checkout, an employee was incredibly rude to my father and treated him like crap. I won’t stay here again.

There were four problems during our stay: people partying in the halls past 3am, WiFi that didn’t work, a room phone that couldn’t call reception, and a shower faucet dripping loudly all night. When we brought things up, the receptionist on the morning of November 1st 2025 was no help at all. Every answer was that she’d have to check with the manager later, which turned out to mean the following week. She made no effort to accommodate us and offered no concessions or valet compliments. We can skip any partial discount. My review can speak to the quality of this hotel.
