The only downside was the room, which was a bit dusty, and some of the bedding had stains. The staff were all extremely nice and helpful, though. The pool and hot tub were great, and those were the coziest hotel beds I’ve slept on.

The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful when we arrived, and both the location and breakfast were good. Our first room was dirty, so the hotel moved us to one that was a bit cleaner. There was also a mildew smell, and the room didn’t look like the photos online, which seemed much more polished. The experience was about 2/5 stars.

We were staying here because our son was life flighted here last week, but we won’t return and can’t recommend it. Management never followed up after another customer damaged my property, and they were completely unhelpful. They were also unresponsive and never available. On top of that, our room was dirty when we arrived, and the shower wouldn’t drain properly, leaving water all over the floor. Safety and security don’t seem to be priorities. It’s a sketchy, scary part of Missoula as well. I hope they can do better.

We spent two nights here while visiting Missoula. The staff were great, the mattresses were super clean and comfortable, and it was a great place for the price.
