The accessible king suite worked perfectly after a long drive, and the room was clean and spacious. Everything was reachable from a seated position, with a wide door. There is a small shower lip, so a little wheelie might help when showering from a wheelchair. The pool is heated. I had to ask for sheets and bedding for the sofabed, but once we got them it was perfect. The manager was stellar in the morning. We’ll be back for a longer off-season stay soon! Sarah J Reichert

Breakfast was tasty and had a good selection. I especially liked the little take-away bags for when you’re in a hurry, something I hadn’t seen at any of the other hotels on my weeklong road trip. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious with a handy bathroom and detachable showerhead. I didn’t run into any noise problems. The TV welcoming me by name was a nice small touch. I’d stay here again if I return to Moab.

Cameron was a pleasure at check-in. He helped get our room sorted, gave us local directions and recommendations, and stayed smiling and courteous even when I asked him four or five times about little things. Jean was kind and helpful as well. The Hampton Inn was immaculately clean and well organized during our visit. Based on our experience, I’d recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

After a long day on the road, our room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, and the hotel was an easy stop on our way through Utah. Breakfast had lots of hot and cold choices and worked well for the family. The property was spotless, modern, and well cared for. Everyone on staff was professional, welcoming, and ready to help. Highly recommend for families or road-trippers.

We were happy with our stay overall. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly, but other guests' dogs barked through the night. I know that isn't necessarily the hotel's fault. Still, keeping the property pet-free might make stays quieter, more relaxing, and cleaner for guests, since most people travel without pets. One guest even carried her dog through the breakfast area to get food, which was disgusting. Clear signs saying no pets in the breakfast area would help.
