Homewood Suites by Hilton Moab

After full days exploring, the location made it easy to get between Arches National Park, Canyonlands, and downtown Moab. My room was clean, roomy, and comfortable, with a full kitchen and plenty of space to relax. The bed was very comfortable, and nights were peaceful and quiet. The outdoor pool and hot tub were a favorite after hiking, especially with the beautiful views. Breakfast each morning was fresh, varied, and well stocked. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and ready with recommendations or help. Hannah was especially kind, and I appreciated her service. Homewood Suites by Hilton made my Moab trip even better. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it.

We loved the layout of our balcony room during our three-night stay. Even with two dogs, an infant, and a mobile crib, it worked out well. Hannah on staff was especially good at remembering guests and making the place feel warm. The team also kept breakfast hot and stocked the whole time. The new heavy-duty laundry machines were well worth using, and the pool area stood out, with one of the biggest hotel hot tubs I’ve seen. Ten people could fit without feeling cramped. The location is great: a one-minute walk to a small grocery store and close to several coffee shops and breakfast places. It’s easy to walk back after a few drinks, too. Parking was bright and felt safe. SUVs with roof racks fit thanks to the high clearance, though I wouldn’t bring a truck with a trailer because it’d be tight. The room ran warm, so we left the balcony door open to cool it. That worked, but semis passing through town can be loud, and some traffic is still audible with the door shut. If you’re a light sleeper or dislike road noise, a room without a balcony might suit you better. The balcony view is part of the trade-off. I also appreciated that the hallways were kept warm and cozy in winter.

My wife and I booked from Glenwood Springs as Diamond and AMEX Platinum members, and we got an upgrade to a large suite with a balcony plus a discount coupon for a local restaurant. We picked this property for the brand, location, and value, and stayed two nights. Denise and Hannah made check-in and checkout easy, and were pleasant and helpful. The spacious, comfortable room was well equipped, although a little dated. Parking was ample, with shops and restaurants an easy walk away. The Wednesday social was a nice surprise, as was the amazing breakfast. Goy deserves a special mention for keeping the breakfast area stocked, tidy, and nicely arranged. My wife and I would highly recommend the hotel.
