MainStay Suites Moab near Arches National Park

The staff were courteous and helpful, and breakfast had choices for everyone. Having a great room with nearly a full kitchen saved us a lot over the course of a week. It was the cleanest hotel we’d stayed in for a long time.

Having a kitchen was the main reason I picked this place, and it was well worth it. The place was very clean, the people looking after us were nice, and it was quiet and kid friendly. Breakfast was really good, with plenty of options, including fresh fruit. We visited in the off season and got a great price. It was winter, so we didn’t use the pool, but the gym and jacuzzi were available.

We had a very affordable rate compared with other places nearby, and we’ll definitely stay again. The hotel is a little dated, but everything worked well. We were there from 10/31/25 to 11/2/2025 for a quick weekend away, and the staff were spectacular. At checkout we learned about a guest who had claimed we’d taken the room she was promised and demanded that we leave and switch rooms. It wasn’t an issue with how our booking was made, just unnecessary drama at the front desk. The staff assured her the room was ours and they wouldn’t force guests to leave. They handled it extremely professionally, and we hadn’t even known about it until we checked out. The hotel was simple, without frills, but exactly what we needed.

The location made our two-night visit easy: several restaurants are within walking distance, and it’s a convenient base for sightseeing. Arches National Park is about a 15-minute drive away, Potash Road is around 20 minutes, and Canyonlands National Park is less than 1.5 hours away. We booked ahead. The room and property were clean and well maintained, and the kitchen was tidy. When we asked for utensils that were missing, they brought them quickly. Breakfast had a good selection, and the stay was comfortable and worth the money.
