The location worked well for my business trip, and the room was very spacious and generally clean. It didn't smell bad, but it didn't smell great either, and the pillows need improvement. We had an ADA room to make things easier for my father. The tub was large and had all the right accessories, but its metal pieces were rusty, there were darker stains around the fixtures, and the drain stopper was broken. I was upset that the front desk wanted $50 for early check-in on a weeknight when the room seemed widely available and occupancy was limited. I wanted to leave our valuables inside instead of in the car while we handled business in unfamiliar areas. It didn't affect the trip much in the end, but Hilton should reconsider this policy for loyal members, especially people with frequent stays and spending on AMEX Aspire + Surpass cards. Hilton Honors status, including my previous top tier, "Diamond," has become almost worthless stateside.

The breakfast choices were fewer than at some other continental breakfasts I've had, but what was available tasted great and was better quality. Staff throughout the property were friendly and welcoming. It's clean and inviting, with large, up-to-date rooms. I noticed some rust on lamps, door frames and elsewhere, though that's to be expected in a coastal area. They also welcome responsible pet owners, with rooms near doors and elevators, plus flyers with useful tips and nearby services.

The room and bed were comfortable, and the location just off the interstate was convenient. But this stay over the 2025 holiday break wasn't what we've come to expect from this brand or the Hilton standard. The photos I attached show significant rust and poor repair work. The breakfast buffet was cold and had little variety. I tried to reach the hotel after our one-night stay and got no response. Very poor customer service.

Therese and Hadley made us feel like family. They were friendly, knew their stuff, and the rest of the staff were polite and always cleaning. The hotel smelled really clean, and the soft, comfortable bed and pillows made it hard to get up. Breakfast was very good and had lots of choices. This is my favorite hotel stay yet. I highly recommend Home2 Suites and will definitely return if I make it back to Mobile.

As a Hilton member, I spent three nights in a king suite, and the bedding was better than at any Disneyworld resort, no joke. The room was impressively clean, even by the floors and carpet, which I can judge because I wear slippers indoors. The staff were welcoming at every shift change, and breakfast was incredible. The place was nicely decorated and inviting for the holidays, with lots of Christmas spirit. I read the negative reviews, including one about a family arriving late with noisy kids. People on business may have been traveling all day and finally getting some rest, so parents should teach their kids to be quiet at that hour. Maybe a Super 8 would suit them better, with all due respect. Those complaints are on the reviewers and their behavior, not Hilton. Wonderful experience here!
