Hyatt Studios Mobile/Tillmans Corner

The full kitchen was a huge plus and came stocked with everything I could need. The room was spotless, comfortable and clearly well maintained. Even the laundry room was clean and tidy, which says a lot about the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and genuinely welcoming. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. It exceeded my expectations, and I'd come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

The rooms were nice and the kitchen was well stocked, and the property itself was pleasant and well maintained. But I wouldn't recommend it if you're hoping to sleep well. I stayed three nights and only got about 14 hours of sleep because the bed wasn't good and you could hear every car on the highway. Staff were nice, but didn't seem professional. I walked past their morning meeting and heard them discuss an employee who hadn't come in the day before and his heart condition in front of employees and guests. Another employee complained about the property and coworkers every time I saw them. We ordered delivery twice. They wouldn't bring it to the room, which is fine, but nobody told us when it arrived or asked whether it was ours. They just watched us take it, which felt kind of sketchy.

After a horrible stay at another hotel, we had a long and unexpected 1 hour and 40 minute drive before arriving here without a reservation, just hoping for something decent. Instead, Daniel and Ariel at the front desk made us laugh and feel at ease. They were kind, funny and welcoming, and helped my family get a room at a really great rate. Our double queen room had a couch bed and worked perfectly for two adults and three kids. It was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for everyone to relax without feeling cramped. I really appreciate the great customer service and comfortable room. This stay turned our trip around. Highly recommend!

Daniel and Melissa, thank you so much for taking such good care of us. I stay in plenty of Mobile hotels, even the Renaissance, and the service here was better than I expected. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. If you want a family-friendly place in Mobile, I’d recommend staying here. Ask for Daniel!
