Jerry at the office was patient, kind, and easy to talk to. The hotel was comfortable and had good amenities for what it cost.

The place was clean and quite nice. The ice machine door lock was broken, so I couldn't get ice, and I also had trouble using the TV remote.

The staff were friendly, and the room was clean with no roaches. You can hear traffic from the busy road nearby, though to me it just sounded like white noise.

There was laundry available, and the room had a big TV. The room itself was nice.

My room was spacious and clean, and I didn't see any bugs. The manager was humble and really nice, and went out of his way to help accommodate me. Easily one of the better motels in Modesto, and worth the money. Definitely not Motel 6. I'd recommend it.
