Crystal Springs Inn and Suites

A few months ago I left my Apple Watch in my room. I still had it when I checked out, and I think I would have heard it hit the ground on the way to my car. I’d just reset it, so tracking it wasn’t possible. When I called to ask whether anyone had found it, the front desk asked, “uhhhh what did it look like “. Like an Apple Watch. The whole thing felt very sketchy. Be careful.

The rooms are basically apartments, with plenty of room and places to sleep, plus a kitchen area where you can cook meals. The balcony is a nice extra. My husband and his co-workers have stayed here for years when work brings them to town, and sometimes I visit with our children. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, and they understand that many guests are away from their families for long stretches. Thanks especially to Hannah for always looking after us.

The service was fine, and it was quiet, but the room showed a lot of wear from gas industry use. The owners should put some money back into the rooms. The laminate was worn off the nightstand, and the mattress we slept on was so worn out that neither my husband nor I got a good night's sleep.

The rooms were big and clean, and the staff were great. My only real gripe is the mattresses are too soft. I know, not much of a complaint, lol, but I couldn't sleep on my stomach the way I normally do, so it mattered to me.
