The pool and beach areas were our favorite parts. The pool was spotless and peaceful, and we spent hours by the water in the sun, taking in the beautiful sound views. It felt like a private oasis. From the moment we arrived, the hotel had a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful stay at the Montauk Soundview hotel and can’t wait to come back for more memories.

The location is great and the place itself is nice, but the staff were really mean. The bathroom toilet also had an awful smell all the time, and they refused to change our room.

We had a relaxing stay in a clean two-bedroom cottage with an ocean view. The view was beautiful, and I really enjoyed the Dove amenities. We had no issues during our stay.

The cottage itself was comfortable, and the view and location are hard to beat. But that’s pretty much what you’re paying for. There was no coffee in the lobby for two days, the water cooler was empty, and by 11 on Saturday there weren’t any pool towels. Some of the pool chairs were broken, parking got difficult after 9pm, and I couldn’t get the living room lights on. Whenever I went to the front desk to ask, nobody was there. There wasn’t much hospitality to speak of.

I called the office three times to discuss the charges and never got a call back. The cost felt like a total rip-off, especially for a room that was dirty, with holes in the walls and blinds torn up with big gaps. The refrigerator was so tiny it seemed more like a cooler. A bad stay, no stars from me.
