Room 247 was clean, and the cleaning crew does a really good job keeping the rooms that way. The front desk staff are polite, professional, and ready to help with concerns. MRS. RICARDA especially was wonderful, so nice and professional, with the sweetest personality. Thank you, Mrs Ricarda!

I couldn't sleep with all the disturbances. People were shouting during the night, and one guest's large truck was started every night sometime between midnight and 3 AM. It was extremely loud. There were also people around who made the place feel unsafe and inappropriate. It didn't seem suitable for families, and I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want somewhere quiet or family-friendly.

I always enjoy how quiet it is here. Check-in was quick, and the clerk was accommodating. My room felt inviting and was very clean. The cable TV worked without delays or glitches, and it's a smart TV too. There's a 7eleven right next door, along with a waffle house and another gas station, so food options are handy.

The rooms had a strong smoke smell, even though they were supposed to be non-smoking. We changed rooms because of it, but the second one wasn't much better. My kids and I have had coughs and sore throats for a couple of days from the smoke. The beds felt like cardboard on springs, the floors were torn up, and paint was peeling from dirty brown walls. In the second room, the remote didn't match the TV, so we couldn't use it. They refused a discount or refund. Absolutely disgusting, a complete disaster. This place needs to be condemned.
