Hodge Podge Lodge

We had a peaceful stay in a comfortable cabin and enjoyed some time in the hot tub. The cabin is a private building used as the spa and hot tub space. We also strolled around the property and admired the beautiful home built in the 1850s. Reading a bit about its history in the foyer and parlor was nice, too. Scott, the Chef and Innkeeper, and his wife greeted us warmly and showed us around. They gave us contact numbers in case we needed anything, and Scott cooked a delicious breakfast in the morning. Whether you choose one of the two suites or the Harves hide way, you can enjoy the peaceful property. We recommend the Inn and their hospitality, and the historic place and private getaway have us wanting to return soon.

We stayed here the night before and the night of our wedding. It was such a quiet, peaceful setting, full of charm, and just right for the occasion. The guest service was top notch, and breakfast was just as good. They made the whole stay feel special.

Hodge Podge Lodge is in a perfect location, and the people there are so kind and accommodating. We love it and won't stay anywhere else in Montgomery!

I stayed for two days, and the breakfast was fantastic both mornings. The staff were kind, attentive, and accommodating. It's a really cool historic Texas house with the character and feel you'd expect. Great spot for a weekend getaway or wedding wedding venue. Highly recommend.
