The HVAC only worked when it felt like it, and you can’t close the bathroom door unless you’re in the shower. The bathroom fan looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. They charge a $50.00 key deposit for a plastic key card, and the laundry room door with the drink machines closes at 9pm. You have to request a room refresh if you want clean towels. I’ve stayed in cleaner motels in 3rd world countries. This place is a dump, though there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

There were roaches under the sheets when I pulled them back, and dead ones in the bathtub. If I could give a negative rating, I would!

The photos on the site looked nothing like the actual room. It was really old, and I should have known the price was too good to be true. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, and I’m not exaggerating. It’s an extended stay, and my wife and I came from Ga to go to the casino, like we do all the time. They should be ashamed to have people living in these conditions. The microwave and stovetop were rusted out. The shower water wouldn’t get hot, the freezer couldn’t even freeze a bottle of water, and the old mattresses were stained. I killed a few roaches. There were cracks in the wall, so the foundation is shifting and not worth a damn anymore. I’m sending the videos to the Montgomery code enforcement. This is wild. If you’re in the Montgomery area, stay away.

The front desk agent was kind enough to let me check in early. The room was another story. There was hair on the sink, in the tub, and on the floor, and the floor was so slippery I was sliding around in sneakers. There were roaches, too, and I stayed up all night watching my belongings to make sure they didn’t get infested. It was very hard to sleep.
