The room was filthy, with stained sheets, comforter, pillows, and towels. There was hair left in the awful bathtub, and dirt in the corners made it look as if the floor hadn't been swept or mopped in weeks. The A/C unit was propped on wooden blocks, and there was no safe. The lobby was gross and nothing like the photos. On the drive through the property, I saw broken windows and people outside smoking weed. This was one of the most disgusting hotels I've stayed in. Avoid it. It's very trashy.

I had no problems during my stay and really enjoyed it. Housekeeping checked in to make sure I had what I needed.

What a mess, and it's really sad. There were lots of roaches, water coming up through the floor, and hair in the tub. The tub was greasy when I went to clean it. A towel I used was pitch black, and the room clearly hadn't been cleaned. The TV kept cutting out too. Such a disappointment, this place has gone downhill badly. Having to spend the night here was a shame. ¥

Once we got into the second room, there were roaches everywhere. I couldn't stay in a room with insects that aren't in my home, especially since my daughter is allergic to roaches. When I asked about leaving, the manager said I had to contact the booking site to request a cancellation and refund. It was absurd. The first room assigned to me was already occupied, so staff moved us to another one. Before that, there had been a large amount of fresh blood on the front sidewalk, in the lobby, and on the front desk. Staff were cleaning the lobby, so I thought the situation was being handled. As we left, another guest asked if the blood would be cleaned up because it could keep people away. The man responding, who may or may not have been the manager, said it would be done tomorrow. I wish I'd taken pictures. This place is an absolute no. I know you get what you pay for, but this fell far below expectations. I wouldn't let a dog sleep in the lobby.
