Quality Inn & Suites North Montgomery

The desk staff and room service were really nice, and everything ran efficiently. I just wish I’d known what other amenities were available. Thanks so much.

My reservation was canceled without any notice or explanation. Travelocity told me the property had violated its agreement with them over the cancellation, and someone else in our group had the same thing happen after booking through the Quality Inn corporate site. I wouldn’t stay here. Dear Quality Inn, you keep replying to reviews by asking people to use your survey, but there’s no link. I never got to be a guest because you canceled my booking without explaining why. I’d gladly complete the survey if you find my reservation and email it to me.

The rooms look like they’ve had a major makeover and they’re quite nice. Check-in was friendly and efficient, so it was a very pleasant stay.

I was here for a business trip and regretted staying. The place smelled damp and moldy, and although I asked to switch rooms, they said they were completely booked. I don’t know how that could be. Breakfast was limited to a waffle, bagel, yogurt, or what looked like questionable biscuits and gravy.
