Easy to get to, and the people are nice. It's a good place to stay, though it always smells like smoke.

The rooms are big and clean, and the management is wonderful. They work with you when you're struggling and would give you the shirt off their backs. Their efficiency units are well priced, and you can decorate your room however you like as long as you keep it clean. I love staying here. The service is wonderful.

I'm really pleased with this place. It's an affordable efficiency motel that can accommodate people who have a hard time getting into a regular apartment. I love that it offers that. Thank you!

My husband and I paid by the week, and nearly every time we went to pay, the amount came out higher than it should have. When he asked the manager Jill about it, she replied, "we do math differently here so....." We were even accused of forging one of their receipts and told to pay the difference. They let weekly tenants run the front desk and collect money from other residents. If those workers mess up paperwork, the tenant gets held responsible instead of the person at the desk. The manager jill was very rude, and the housekeeper working there was on parole and selling illegal drugs from her cleaning cart. I wanted to give this zero stars, but couldn't and still warn people. It's one of the worst motels in the capital district. Stay away!
