I was new in town and needed somewhere to stay, and Mr William helped me out. The place is clean and quiet, and even the hallway smells nice. I have service animals, and he was clear about all the pricing. I had a really good experience.

The place itself is decent and the people are friendly, but management needs work. Mr.Williams had an attitude that, in my view, isn't appropriate for a manager. He needs to learn how to treat people in that role. I won't be back while he's managing here.

The room is great and the location is okay, but the management is horrible. Mr.Williams seems more concerned with knocking on doors after office hours to check for smoking, even after seven, and making smart remarks than dealing with the roach infestation. When I called the emergency number because the card disconnected, he took over an hour to come. He also takes his time when the fire alarm goes off and is the last one walking out, making sure everything is okay.

I moved in during March, and the staff have been wonderful to my family and me ever since. They made getting settled easy and enjoyable.
