Quiet rooms, comfortable beds, and good wifi. The room also had a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The owner was super friendly, and it’s reasonably priced and pet-friendly. A great choice!

We paid for two nights but left after one because the cottage was so disgusting we couldn’t stand another minute there. It smelled unbearably damp and moldy, and there were mold stains everywhere, including the ceiling. Photos show the stains and water damage that was poorly painted over, but they don’t capture the awful smell. The place looks much less bad in the pictures than it is in real life. Across the street there’s a similarly inexpensive motel that’s perfectly fine. The positive reviews may be a “confusion” at best. Compare the exterior on Google Street View with the exterior photos in those reviews, it’s a completely different motel, the good one across the street.

My wife found this place for me while I was riding home from California on my motorcycle in October. Check-in was easy even though I got there later than I’d hoped. The room suited me well, and I could clean up, reorganize, and get a decent night’s sleep. In the morning I did some quick chain maintenance, packed my gear, and left without any issues.

The front desk was friendly, parking was great, and the price was very reasonable for the area. My dog was happy, and I was too. For one Friday night in a rural area, I was surprised and grateful to find such a cute room available. The bed was amazing, everything was clean, and the shower pressure was great. The TV was a bit small, but whatever. There’s an excellent hamburger restaurant across the street, plus a working fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and air conditioning. I could also open the window for fresh air. If I come through here again, I’ll choose Canyonlands Motor Inn. Thank you 😊
