The staff were so nice and welcoming. They let us know that food places close early and Domino's delivers until 12. The hotel and our room were clean and smelled good, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub, though I wish the tub had been a little warmer. Breakfast was wonderful, with something for everyone: biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, muffins, yogurt, toast, coffee, and hot chocolate. 10/10!!!!

Everyone we met, from the housekeepers to the front desk staff, was hospitable and kind. I usually avoid Super8 hotels, but this one was a pleasant surprise. We stayed three nights in this convenient spot in a little one-stoplight town. The room and hotel were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the dated furniture had charm and was in good condition. I’ll 100% book here again next time I pass through Montpelier.

A customer at a grocery store recommended the Super 8 while we were stopping in different cities on the way to Yellowstone to find somewhere to stay. I expected little because it was “just” a Super 8, but I was completely wrong. The staff were so kind, welcoming, and genuine that it felt less like a hotel and more like staying with family. Being treated that way meant a lot while we were traveling. I highly recommend this place. Don’t judge it by the name, look at the people running it. They were wonderful.

It’s clean and comfy, and fine for a night or two. The hotel is dated but well kept. The hot tub was around 95F.
