The hotel is right by Cracker Barrel and convenient to the highway, and it was good value for the money. Staff were kind, cheerful, and gave great customer service. Our rooms were clean and well organized, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was small but adequate.
Customer service was wonderful, and we liked the breakfast. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the rooms were nice. The shower had great pleasure and the water was nice and hot. This was the best hotel I’ve stayed in for a while. If we take another trip, we’ll definitely stop again!
The location made it easy to get around for my business trip. The staff were incredible from arrival through checkout and took care of all my accommodations and needs. It was a great trip, thanks.
The hotel’s location was convenient for the Mighty Eight B-17 museum. The room was okay for the price, but the stay was disappointing. The coffee machine was broken, and nobody tried to get coffee from a vendor or provide a backup pot. Breakfast was all carbohydrates, with no eggs, sausages, or other meat. We lost time from our travel plans searching for coffee and a decent breakfast.
I paid for two nights, Thanksgiving and Friday, using my Chime card. Then the front desk guy asked for a $50 deposit, so I had to use my card again. He said I’d get the $50 back around Monday. I called the hotel on Monday, the first of December, and the same guy who took the deposit answered. He told me he’d refunded it to my card after checkout, but I checked my Chime card and there was no refund transaction going to my account. Times are hard, and these big name companies are scamming us. Please send my deposit refund.
