Sheraton Pittsburgh Airport Hotel

The employees were kind and helpful, and the airport is close by. But this place is dated and so noisy. Traffic and other guests could be heard all night, and the walls might as well be cardboard. If you can hear someone whispering next door, it really doesn't feel worth the price.

The driver was the only person who wasn't rude. We had prepaid for extended parking through Rightway Parking and booked a 4:30 a.m. spot, thinking the airport shuttle would be available then. The front desk clerk said it wasn't, and that the next shuttle for non-hotel guests was 1.5 hours later. I ended up taking a Lyft to the airport. Later, when I called for a pickup for my spouse and me, the person answering wouldn't call a shuttle until we were at Door 8. We were already walking toward the pickup area after collecting our bags, but that didn't matter. Even after calling from Door 8, expect another 30 minutes because they don't send a driver right away. Keep in mind that your parking reservation time with Rightway Parking doesn't guarantee a matching airport shuttle time.

The Executive club on the 9th floor had just a few sodas and water. At other Sheraton hotels I've visited, it's usually snacks, more drink choices, and finger foods. This one didn't feel like most Sheratons. And despite signs all over advertising Thursday prime rib, there wasn't any. Everyone seemed to be asking for it.

The beds were comfy and the staff were really nice, but the room wasn't especially clean. There weren't any trash bags in the room or bathroom, and the walls are so thin you can hear everything next door. Breakfast isn't included either. With so many places around, I'd pick somewhere else next time.
