We never even went inside, but were charged for the full stay and a cleaning fee. Aardvark, the company managing the property, isn't transparent about its listings and misleads customers. I'll stay FAR away in the future. There is no AC. If you're visiting from outside Seattle, know that the property is on an almost 90-degree hill crowded with cars. Parking is nearly impossible, and only one vehicle can pass on the road at a time. The neighborhood didn't feel safe to us. We saw many drug users and homeless individuals, and it didn't seem suitable for kids or women walking alone. The listing claimed a fantastic walkability score, but I strongly disagree. It was not a nice neighborhood at all.
