We had an easy check-in, and the receptionist was really kind. The room was quiet and clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was very good. The location worked well too, with shopping and lots of restaurants nearby. I took a star off because the room itself was poorly lit and our window had no shade. We were on the first floor near the pool, whose lights shone right in at night, and it felt like people outside might be able to see us. The shower also needs a plastic strip or something by the curtain, since water gets everywhere. I understand it was set up for wheelchair access, but I don't think it was done correctly.
